VISION & BRIEF
You share the vision, reference images, dimensions,
venue details, date, and budget. We ask everything we
need to understand the build.

CONCEPT & QUOTE
We develop a full design concept with drawings,
material specs, and an itemised quote. You see
exactly what you’re getting before you commit to
anything.

SITE SURVEY
For larger builds, we visit the venue to measure,
assess anchor points, ceiling structure, and
logistical access. Nothing is left to assumption.

FABRICATION
Our team builds every structural element in-house to your
approved specs. You receive progress updates and final
confirmation before install day.

INSTALL & STRIKE
We arrive, build, dress, and hand over a finished space, then return to break it all down completely after your event.
